I never thought it would be difficult to get a baby to go to sleep. I thought that is just what babies did. I was told that they sleep, eat and poo...sleep is number one on that list. Allison went to bed the other night to try to get some rest, Caleb was freshly fed, freshly changed and yet was still very "vocal" and not at all ready to sleep. Since I was ready to sleep and since it is still all about me, I, as the worst father of the year, decided to use that dreadful and hated device known as the pacifier. In my mind...that is the best invention ever! I used it out of sheer desperation, since he never liked them before. I don't know why Caleb was appeased this time, but I was thankful. I think he would also be appeased by a Blu-Ray player?!

I used to say the same thing about pacifiers yet we found our little one addicted to hers. However, she weaned herself off a few months ago. I say use what you got!!
Preston wasn't interested in his pacifier until a few weeks ago. Now we all love it! If it works I say there's nothing wrong with that!
I'm afraid he may get addicted to the Blu-Ray.
That was so cute! Aw...I miss him. :(
Sarah asked, "Why didn't we know about it when we were babysitting?"
Gmom Kitchens says "You had one when you were tiny and look how you turned out!"
It's worth giving the Blu-Ray player a shot.
