We made it twenty months...

Caleb was not at all in a mood to take his milestone picture, but I will not be stopped. However, the quality of the picture goes down when Caleb's lack of cooperation goes up.

Oh well...what can one do?

Caleb's "New" Desk

I can remember learning to read and write on a desk very similar to the one that Papaw Travis gave Caleb this weekend. The desk needed some attention, but nothing that Stephen "The Great" Handy Man can't handle!

TWINS!

My favorite father-in-law came over to the house this afternoon and gifted us with TWINS! Jeff had fashioned with his very own hands two perfect flower boxes for our front porch.

What was even better was that he installed them!...


Caleb and I helped from a distance...


We had to make a trip to our local big box home store (rhymes with Dome Hepot) to find something to put in them. We bought “Cora Cascade Lilac trailing Vinca”...(ours doesn’t quite look like this now, but hopefully soon)...
